DIAGNOSTICS
An analysis of the different areas that integrates the academic
operation, in order to identify strengths and areas of opportunity to
enable the management to take corrective actions to improve the

WAY OF WORK
The diagnostic study will be conducted in three major aspects are:
a) Conduct of interviews with the leadership and principal officers of the organization
b) Analysis documentary
c) Review of Physical Plant
The study included interviews, questionnaires, surveys and analysis
documentary comprising the review and analysis of organizational
culture, the educational model, the various policies, procedures,
